CalmTide does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal information.

The app stores breathing settings on your device, such as the number of breathing cycles, phase durations, reminder preference, and reminder interval. These settings are stored locally using Apple system storage.

Notifications

CalmTide may ask for notification permission so it can send optional breathing reminders. Reminder notifications are local device notifications. You can turn reminders off in the app or manage notification permission in system settings.

Analytics And Tracking

CalmTide does not include third-party advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking in this version.

Data Sharing

CalmTide does not sell, share, or transmit your breathing settings or session activity to a server in this version.

Health And Medical Information

CalmTide is a wellness app for guided breathing and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Children

CalmTide is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated if CalmTide adds new features or data practices. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
